Corporate Finance – Lending Attorney (Chicago)
Dykema’s Chicago office seeks an attorney with 7 years of lending experience for our Corporate Finance practice group. The ideal candidate’s practice will focus on financing transactions, with significant experience representing lenders in a wide variety of industries in acquisition financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, and with opinions and UCC filings.
The candidate will be comfortable running lending deals from beginning to end with limited supervision. A working knowledge of general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, customer agreements, and day-to-day operations, is a plus.
