Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to our restaurant's recipes, quality standards, and presentation techniques.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory and kitchen supplies, ensuring that stock is fresh and used efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front of house to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Available to work during designated weekend mornings and nights.
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant environment preferred.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
