We are a locally owned and operated restaurant committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food with a focus on outstanding customer service that has been operating in the Wasatch Front for over 75 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Night Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for someone dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to multitask. Management experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and storage facilities.
- Assist in inventory control and uphold health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support the morning staff, ensuring all duties are performed efficiently.
- Manage the night shift, including handling any issues that arise with staff or customers.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed service goals.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability to work nights and Saturday and Sunday nights.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service or management role is a plus.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and dedication to customer satisfaction.
