Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and help drive client acquisition through cold outreach. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging with potential clients.

This is a contractor role, with an option of conversion to Full Time.

Key Duties

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and identify potential clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement
  • Research target industries and businesses to identify decision-makers and opportunities
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and address client needs
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement
  • Track outreach activities and update CRM systems or relevant tools.
  • Prepare pitching materials

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, persistent, and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls and emails daily
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn is a plus

  • Having targeted small / medium sized businesses
