Job Description

DynaGen Lending is now hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant!

The Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant role offers career growth potential with a well-established and reputable company in the mortgage industry. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Compensation

The pay for this position is Base pay commission.
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment .
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with the potential to be hired permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs .

The required availability for this position is : Monday through Friday (9am -6pm) two days a week (9am-9pm)

Responsibilities

Assist loan officers in gathering and reviewing client documents.

Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to ensure a smooth loan process.

Maintain accurate records and update loan files as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on loan applications.

Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED .

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days .

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services.

Knowledge of loan processing systems and guidelines.

NMLS licensing is a plus but not required.
