• Gather and organize all necessary docs to ensure a smooth ride to approval.
  
  

Relationship Builder

• Build genuine relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Stay in touch with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure they’re excited every step of the way.
  
  

Compliance Guru

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with the latest standards.
