We are seeking a motivated Team Lead for our call center to oversee a team of agents and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will be a key player in our growing company, helping drive success and growth as we continue to expand.

Position Summary

As a Team Lead, you will guide and support a team of mortgage call center agents, ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to policies. You’ll provide coaching, resolve escalated issues, and help improve team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center agents to meet performance goals.
• Monitor daily call handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with mortgage regulations.
• Address escalated customer issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in training new hires and delivering ongoing coaching.
• Track team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• You will be working on your teams front end while also self generating business.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a mortgage call center or customer service role.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
