What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain a screen press to produce high-quality prints on various rigid and flexible materials
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for efficient production runs
- Ensure color accuracy, print consistency, and quality control throughout the process
- Troubleshoot printing issues and adjust press settings as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow
- Maintain equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Screen printing experience required (garment printing experience is relevant!)
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot a screen press independently
✔ Familiarity with different ink types, curing methods, and screen preparation
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
