CRANE OPERATOR
This is a full-time role where the individual assists DynaGrid’s Foundations division. The Crane Operator's duties include effectively executing crane operating procedures safely and efficiently. Tasks will include assembly of cranes, daily inspections, routine maintenance, lifting, hoisting, directing rigging of various loads as required, disassembling cranes, and planning all critical lifts.

What it Takes:
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting equipment schematics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail is required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
- TLL/TSS Crane certification (NCCCO or NCCER)
Job Tasks:
- Safely operate cranes (up to 140T) and adhere to strict safety protocols and practices.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist the crew when not operating the crane.
