DRILL RIG OPERATOR

This is a full-time role where the individual will assist DynaGrid’s Foundations division. The Drill Rig Operator's duties include effectively executing foundation drilling procedures safely and efficiently in all drilling conditions.

What it takes:

• You are proficient in reading and interpreting equipment schematics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for detail is required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in drilled shaft construction or similar.
• Must be comfortable doing fieldwork in addition to driving/operating the crane

Job Tasks:

Foundation Drilling Rigs (Watson, CZM, IMT, Bayshore, etc.)

• Operating, inspecting, and maintaining foundation drilling equipment to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Excavation of Drilled Shafts (Dry Hole, Slurry Excavation, Rock Excavation, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently, analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

• $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
