SUMMARY
The PreFab Detailer will have strong BIM modeling skills as this person plays an integral role in our Prefabrication Team. This individual will work closely with the Coordination and Prefabrication teams and will be involved in the modeling efforts for 3D Coordination and Prefab Shop drawings. We are seeking someone who can multi-task and work in a fun and very fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the PreFab Manager and Project Coordinator in the review and production of 3D electrical drawings for prefabrication assemblies, field installations and coordination with other sub-contractor trades
- Assist the PreFab Manager and Project Coordinator in the production of prefabrication shop drawings, cross-sections of underground, conduits and cables and other electrical systems as required for instructions to fabrication and installation crew
- Reads architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical floor plans, section and elevations, and One-lines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of High School diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of Electrical Field experience
- Minimum of 3 years of total drafting experience
- Minimum of 1 years in a similar role within the construction industry required
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks
- Understanding of all facets of construction blueprints (architectural, structural, civil, mechanical,
- Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with other trades
- Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $110,000
