Now Hiring For Full-Time (32-40 hours/week):
Swing Availability Window - Be available between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM - (Scheduled hours will vary within this range, 6-8 hours per shift based on business needs)
Overnight Availability Window - Be available between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM - (Scheduled hours will vary within this range, 6-8 hours per shift based on business needs)
Some hours in each Availability Period will earn shift differentials as shown below:
- $1.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- $1.25/hour for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM
NOTE: After fully trained, hours are earned based on performance, and those meeting expectations consistently receive full schedules.

Overview:
Our Central Station Operators monitor incoming alarms, confirm emergencies with customers, and dispatch emergency services when necessary. They also take incoming calls and they treat each customer with respect and integrity. Our operators receive training and work onsite at our Hagerstown, MD location.
Duties and Responsibilities of Central Station Operator:
- Monitor and dispatch high-volume incoming alarm signals
- Update alarm notes during/after dispatch
- Make courtesy calls to customers on low-priority alarm notifications.
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Provide service excellence at all times
- Various other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative a plus
- Excellent Phone, Computer and Customer Service skills required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow with a high degree of accuracy
- Clear communications with customers, coworkers, and field technicians
- Open availability (days) required
Operators must pass screening under Maryland State Police.
