We are looking for an experienced Home Infusion RN to provide exceptional patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This specialized position involves administering infusion therapies using various methods of administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver infusion therapies, including IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, enzyme replacement, and clotting factor, following physician orders and established protocols.
- Evaluate and monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure safety and effectiveness, identify and address any complications or concerns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current RN licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or home infusion setting.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in critical care areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
