Job Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC / R equipment, including refrigeration systems, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC / R systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Keep accurate service records and documentation.
Qualifications :
3 years of HVAC / R experience in commercial or industrial settings.
EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
