Our location in Mt. Airy is looking for an Assistant Location Leader.
The Assistant Location Leader is responsible for the managing of an automotive repair
and maintenance facility by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares work schedules and assigns workers to specific duties such as customer
service, oversees automobile maintenance, or repair work.- Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities to ensure
a positive customer interaction. - Orders, receives, and inventories, oil, automotive accessories, and parts, manages
inventory turnover and margins of profit. Performs inventory audits - Follows and enforces company policies and practices.
- Mentors, trains, gives feedback and assesses performance of a team.
- The Assistant Location Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations and is
responsible for the profitability of their location; Maintain key performance standards and
goals outlined in the KPI reports; inputting KPI data daily in reports; Reviewing KPi and
P&L reports sent out monthly and bi-monthly. Maintaining and executing bookkeeping to
company standards, including timecard tracking tasks and maintaining company policies
set forth by the Human Resources Executive and Corporate Partners and will work with
the guidance of either a Location Leader and/or an Area Leader assigned to the location.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises at least two team members for a specific location. ls responsible for
the direction, coordination, and evaluation of a variety of units with the support of either
a Location Leader and/or an Area Leader. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include;
planning, assigning, and directing work; assists in appraising performance; assists in
rewarding and disciplining team members; assists in addressing complaints and resolving
problems. Recommends promotion or demotion and pay increases.
This position has the opportunity to advance to Location Leader, depending on skills and experience.
