Here at Dynamic Connections and Events, we are a marketing firm focused on creating rapid growth for the organizations we represent and every individual within our company! We currently provide marketing services for charities that help veterans and human trafficking initiatives and we are expanding our footprint to help other organizations in need.
Our daily events are designed to create awareness, generate funding, and ultimately expand the reach of our amazing charity partners. We are looking for driven individuals dedicated to providing excellent representation for our partners in the community who will also bring that same excellence to collaborating and learning new skills to help our company grow. We provide hands-on training for everything we do as a company to foster personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive team environment through meetings, interactive training and conference calls
- Receive advanced education in marketing and sales skills (interpersonal psychology, charisma, emotional intelligence, etc)
- Attend, setup and cleanup daily events with retailers, festivals and trade shows to engage the community and increase fundraising
- Provide exceptional customer services, handle monetary transactions accurately, and develop positive working relationships with all event partners.
- Support event teams with various tasks such as : conflict management, troubleshooting issues and networking for best practices
- Collaborate with executive team to develop leadership skills and support team intiatives.
