Graphic Designer

Dynamic Designs is currently seeking to fill a Graphic Designer position at our Lewiston ID, location. We are looking for a candidate with a strong eye for detail and experience with large format design and production setup. This position involves the design and production of: commercial fleet graphics and wraps, custom/personal vehicle graphics, promotional signage, wall murals, banners, marketing materials, exhibit and trade show graphics, point-of-purchase displays (POP), point of sale (POS), etc. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Limited weekends (1 to 3 events/trade shows per year) Overtime may be optional or required based on workload.

Necessary Skills:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign/wrap industry
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and record information from clients such as project details and billing information
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client's vision for designs
• Create a wide range of design assets including vehicle wraps, signs, trade show displays and more, using industry-standard software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Prepare mock-ups for for client approval
• Follow up with clients to expedite design approvals and meet deadlines
• Revise designs based on client feedback
• Proof-read and verify accuracy to ensure designs are suitable for production and meet all technical specifications
• Follow design guidelines and prepare print ready art for the production team
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to the vehicle graphics and signage industry
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all client-facing spaces are orderly and professional
• Assist in managing all office inventory such as paper, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
