Dynamic Drain Technologies is the industry leader specializing in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) projects for large residential buildings, campuses, industrial facilities, and federal properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are headquartered in Alexandria, Virgina.
The Position
Dynamic Drain Technologies is looking to add an experienced outside sales representative with experience in selling into industrial facilities or residential buildings (mid-rise/high rise condominiums & apartments). The position will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina or Atlanta Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record sourcing qualified leads to develop into business opportunities. Primary lead development activities include construction of targeted contact lists from existing networks, high volume cold calling, referral development from existing business relationships and lead generation from participating in industry networking events.
The position will be based out of Charlotte North Carolina or Atlanta Georgia.
Responsibilities
· Building a list of contacts from your current network, outbound prospecting, setting appointments, selling pipelining services
· Research to construct targeted contact lists for cold calling
· Developing referral leads by leveraging existing business relationships
· Prospecting industry related professionals to develop re-occurring lead channels
· Generating leads by participating in industry networking events and trade shows
· Manage internal CRM to track lead generation activities/process.
· Building a sales funnel of qualified leads for the outside sales team to develop into business opportunities
· Attend meetings with outside sales team.
· Follow up sales activities as directed by outside sales team.
Requires
. Proven track record of selling into facilities management, maintenance, engineering, or management in at least one of four market segments:
1. Health care including hospitals, testing labs and pharmaceutical facilities
2. Industrial/manufacturing
3. Multifamily private condominiums
4. Government
· Mechanical and infrastructure experience a plus
· 3 years of proven inside, outside sales experience in a high-volume cold calling environment
· 30% travel outside of state
· Proven track record of overachieving quota and sale activity levels
· Demonstrated computer skills working with CRM and PC application software
· Networking experience in professional organizations
· Excellent skills working with customers and collaborating with the internal team
· Ability to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction
· Flexibility to contribute to after-hours networking events and meetings as required.
Compensation and benefits
· Compensation $90K to $140k includes a base salary plus quarterly bonuses
