Job Overview:
We are electrical contracting company seeking an office assistant to join our team. The office assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, filing, organizing and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Must speak english and spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Support event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries or issues
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes when required
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
