The Marketing team develops and implements marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, employee engagement, and customer relationships.

JOB PURPOSE

Dynamic Energy is seeking a skilled, collaborative Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing and communications initiatives that build our brand, enhance customer and employee engagement, nurture our sales pipeline, and drive our growth objectives. This hands-on role combines social media, graphic design, sales enablement, and strong internal and external communications to translate our strategy into action. Candidates must have prior renewable energy or solar construction experience.

The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, resourceful, highly organized, and have a flair for writing and design.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Senior Marketing Manager Will Work Closely With The Marketing Director To Develop And Execute a Wide Variety Of Internal And External Marketing And Communications. Though Not An Exhaustive List, The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Digital marketing & social media:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar to grow and engage followers (primarily on LinkedIn)
  • Create and curate compelling content and assets
  • Manage content calendar and monitor social media metrics and industry posts
  • Tradeshows and Events:
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of tradeshow participation including booth design, marketing materials, and logistics.
  • Develop pre-show and post-show marketing outreach
  • Represent the company, as needed, at tradeshows, meetings, and industry conference
  • Facilitate webinars, customer meetings, or other special events
  • Research and maintain an events calendar
  • Customer engagement:
  • Create customer-facing communications and strategies to foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, system owners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support customer events and ribbon-cuttings, PR and media relations, and develop case studies and other collateral.
  • Content development:
  • Write, edit, proofread, and post content for blogs, articles, press releases, emails, case studies, internal communications, proposals, presentations, collateral, website copy, sales enablement, and marketing materials.
  • Tailor messaging and calls to action for various audiences
  • Internal Communications:
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to support employee engagement
  • Website:
  • Coordinate ongoing website edits using WordPress
  • Post blogs and news; optimize for SEO best practices
  • Graphic design:
  • Design effective collateral, infographics, social media visuals, video, and other marketing assets, using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Canva.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual brand across all touchpoints
  • CRM and Email Automation:
  • Execute outbound email campaigns, using testing and tracking methodologies (using HubSpot & Salesforce).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization (including sales, operations, and leadership) to achieve marketing goals

Qualifications

Required Work Experience

  • 4-7 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in B2B
  • At least 2 years of experience in renewables, solar, or other clean energy technology

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, environmental science, or business administration

Additional Requirements

  • Proven results managing digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills and the ability to craft compelling, audience-specific marketing copy.
  • Experience writing press releases and pitching PR and contributed content is a bonus.
  • Strong graphic design skills using the Adobe Suite preferred (especially InDesign and Photoshop); Canva proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing automation tools)
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000 - $139,000 USD in California the National Pay range $102,000 - $128,000. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses

Salary : $102,000 - $128,000
