As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our due diligence investigations and design engineering analyses for various types of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site layouts.
Responsibilities:
- Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances.
- Prepare site investigation and due diligence reports.
- Develop conceptual site plans and grading designs.
- Design stormwater management systems and utility infrastructure.
- Provide project proposals and construction cost estimates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 years experience in Civil Site Engineering.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
