• Work with Technical Staff to update materials such as corporate resumes, licenses, and project profiles• Assist Marketing Coordinator to track opportunities/notes from tradeshows and meetings• Research potential tradeshows and networking opportunities• Maintain and organize marketing folders• Analysis of social media performance metrics• Other marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- 0-2 years' experience in administrative role preferred
