Marketing Analyst with a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering any, Technology, or related and 1 year of experience developing and executing marketing strategies and tactical plans to support recruiting teams. Implement industry-standard processes and technologies utilizing AI and Data Mining techniques for team collaboration, effective outcomes, and process streamlining. Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of sales staff, oversee their daily activities, and advise on effective marketing and sourcing processes. Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity & Preparing action plans for the organization. Works with business and its management to analyze, write requirements, test, and implement form additions and changes. Work location is Rolling Meadows,IL with required to travel and work from various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.
