Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP SD/OTC Specialist to oversee and enhance our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, specifically tailored to the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring seamless order management, compliance with industry regulations, and efficient integration with other business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, deliveries, and billing.
- System Configuration: Customize and maintain SAP SD modules to align with business requirements, including setting up sales documents, pricing procedures, and credit management.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the OTC process, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all processes adhere to pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure cohesive integration of SAP processes.
- User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance system utilization.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, process flows, and system modifications for future reference and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [8] years of experience working with SAP SD modules, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards related to order processing and data management.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: SAP SD certification or related credentials are a plus.
