- Facilitate the rapid integration of acquisitions through process alignment and KPI reporting across people, process, and systems.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management strategy that includes communication plans, training programs, and engagement initiatives to guide employees through the transition.
- Manage the governance process for the integration, with regular progress reporting and setting appropriate performance metrics.
