Dynamic Group Management is actively seeking select service Guest Service Manager for a hotel in the Chattanooga area. As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional operations and leadership skills. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with brand standards. The manager will work closely with the General Manager and lead the front desk team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Dynamic Group is proud to be a franchisor of both IHG and Marriott brands including Holiday Inn, TownePlace Suites, Courtyard, and Element.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the front desk and front desk staff.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered by the front desk team.
- Schedule the Front Desk Department and adhere to labor guidelines for proper coverage.
- Train front desk staff on brand and company standards to maximize service culture.
- Assist with sales and implement the Daily Sell Strategy.
- Maintain compliance with brand and company initiatives.
- Inspect and ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
- Support guest experience and satisfaction, ensuring problem resolution.
- Conduct daily reviews of billing, guest ledger, and accounts receivables.
- Oversee the Market, ensuring it is fully stocked and conducting weekly inventory.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Full working knowledge of property management system including FOSSEE and Lightspeed.
Working Considerations:
- This position requires a physical presence in Chattanooga, TN.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with major hotel brands such as Marriott is highly desired.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk for long periods of time while maintaining a professional image.
- Weekend availability.
- Evening availability.
Skills and Experience
- 2 Years of hotel experience is preferred.
- GED or equivalent.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field.
- Efficiency in Google Workspace Applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential and current clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
