Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Services

Job Summary: Join our Element Chattanooga East Marriott team as a full or part-time Night Auditor, where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are paramount. As a Night Auditor, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. Your primary focus will be on conducting night audit procedures and delivering top-notch guest service to enhance their stay.

Duties & Skills:

• Proficiency in utilizing phone systems and office equipment

• Strong understanding of hospitality industry practices and procedures

• Multilingual abilities are advantageous, particularly in languages commonly spoken by our guests

• Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively

• Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles is beneficial

• Ability to accurately and efficiently perform night audit functions and understand their importance

Pay: $15.00 per hour - $17.00
