What are the responsibilities and job description for the Van Driver- Class B License with Passenger Endorsement position at Dynamic Hope Schools?
Duties:
- Safely transport Students to their destinations in a timely manner
- Follow designated routes and schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist Students with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Skills:
- Valid B driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2 years Experience in school bus driving (required), van driving (required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time arrivals and departures
- Special Education Experience required
