Office Location : Onalaska, WI – Relocation required, if not local
Compensation Structure : Base Bonus Incentive
Total Compensation : $140,000 - $180,000

Purpose & Summary : Dynamic is growing, and as our Director of Accounting & Corporate Finance, you will guide the financial systems that empower us. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to ensure our financial operations are insightful, scalable, and instrumental to our continued success.

You will have a direct impact on company operations by analyzing data, developing financial strategies, and driving initiatives that strengthen our financial position. As a seasoned finance leader, you'll build and enhance financial systems, collaborate with executives, and mentor a high-performing team to support business growth.

Responsibilities include :

Oversee Accounting & Corporate Finance Operations - You will oversee all accounting and finance operations, setting a strategic vision for the department while managing a team of six high-performing professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee Risk Management - Risk management will also be a key part of your role. You will manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, insurance providers, and tax authorities, ensuring compliance and putting systems in place to mitigate financial risks.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Work closely with business leaders and analysts to develop forecasting models, budgeting strategies, and data-driven decision-making tools. Your ability to create reporting systems that track ROI, cash flow, and investments will be crucial in helping the company make informed financial decisions.

Education & Experience :

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

5-7 years of experience managing Accounting & Finance functions.

Preferred :

Master's degree or equivalent business experience.

CPA certification.

Skills & Abilities :

Strong corporate finance & accounting knowledge (GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, financial forecasting, risk management).

Ability to lead, coach, and develop people.

Strategic vision-casting with the ability to scale financial systems.

Strong communication & project management skills.

Highly analytical and process-oriented problem solver.
