Position Location: Onalaska, WI Building B
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm; Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm
Salary: Starting wage of $20.05-$23.00/hour dependent up experience. Pay increase opportunity twice annually!

Purpose & Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading trucks multiple times per day while performing various warehouse tasks. This role is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks
- Moving and organizing warehouse inventory, including pallets, gaylords, and bales
- Sorting various types of electronics into specific categories
- Checking and receiving materials into the computer system
- Performing routine maintenance on forklifts and warehouse scales
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
Education & Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Over six months of warehouse forklift experience required
Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of gas and electric forklift operations
- Understanding of standard warehouse concepts and procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
