What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality, FPI Insector Level 2 position at Dynamic Metals LLC?
Inspect engine components by means of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, specifically Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection to ensure conformance with acceptance criteria.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Prefer related experience in NDT methods, specifically with Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection.
- Experience with X-Ray inspection is a plus.
- Knowledge of the use of NDT inspection methods.
- Ability to read and interpret FAA regulations and guidance material.
- Experience in aviation component repair preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001 quality system standards preferred.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and engine manual instructions.
- Basic knowledge of MS office programs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- NDT Level 2 certification

- Exhibit strong skills in material identification.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit basic computer skills.
- Plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
- Understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric).
- Ability to work closely with others.
