Duties
Answer phone and greet clients from front desk
Ability to take concise and accurate messages
Intake repair service orders from customers
Enter service orders into Microsoft CRM
Filing and matching documents and folders
Scanning and uploading documents to SharePoint and CRM.
Enter small service bills in Sage, able to read service reports
Email service customers who are past due on their payments
Ordering supplies for copier, office, etc.
Calling for service on ice machine, copier, etc.
Making flight arrangements for owner
Making hotel arrangements for subcontractors
Skills necessary
Must be very organized !
Basic typing skills
Basic Math Understanding
Basic Computer skills
Basic email understanding
Ability to catch on to computer, PDF, uploads.
