What You’ll Do:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls across multiple queues with professionalism and empathy—always aiming for first-call resolution.
- Handle a wide range of payment-related tasks: process payments, issue refunds, update billing details, and correct discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues such as missed payments, credits, cancellations, reactivations, and equipment-related refunds.
- Use internal systems and third-party platforms to efficiently manage and resolve account concerns.
- Conduct thorough account reviews and accurately document all customer interactions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a growth mindset—you’re open to feedback and flexible with scheduling.
