Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator – Temporary

We are actively seeking a highly organized and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to support a medical device manufacturer during a team member’s leave! As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to both the Human Resources and administrative functions of the company. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from assisting with recruitment and onboarding to managing employee records and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview scheduling
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork preparation and orientation
- Manage documentation for closed and incoming job positions
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing
- Provide general administrative support, including reception duties
- Help coordinate performance reviews, regulatory reporting, and safety initiatives
Key Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
