As an Estimator I, you will support senior estimators in preparing bids for water infrastructure projects. While prior estimating or construction experience is preferred, it’s not required— our client values potential and a willingness to master new scopes of work, including demolition and miscellaneous metals. With a structured path for advancement, this position offers the opportunity to develop into a key player within our estimating and preconstruction team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support senior estimators in preparing bids for complex water infrastructure projects
- Conduct subcontractor outreach, quantity take-offs, and maintain estimating databases
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
- Develop conceptual estimating skills and problem-solve construction challenges
- Collaborate with teams to solve construction challenges and optimize cost estimates
