Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Remote)

Pay Range: $31-38/hr

Contract Duration: 3 months

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join a leading provider of workplace injury prevention programs on a 3-month contract basis! As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and endorsing highly qualified healthcare professionals, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Athletic Trainers.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in passive recruiting strategies, cold calling, and presenting compelling job opportunities to clinicians who may not be actively seeking new roles. You’ll be connecting healthcare professionals with unique opportunities to apply their skills in ergonomic assessments and employee wellness, helping organizations create safer and healthier work environments.

What You'll Do:

• Source passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather professional references.
• Extend compelling job offers while negotiating terms.
• Promote the organization’s strengths and opportunities to attract top-tier talent.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or related fields.
• Strong background in passive recruiting techniques and cold calling.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with the ability to “sell” opportunities effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and credentialing requirements for clinicians.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
