Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage employee profiles in HRIS systems (PayCom, SalesForce, Gmail, Culture Amp, etc.).
- Coordinate and distribute credentials and information to team members.
- Accurately audit HR documents and processes with attention to detail.
- Oversee background checks and update the staff directory.
- Ensure timely closure of accounts for exiting employees within HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with HR team and local Executive Assistants on employee inquiries.
- Assist in updating and managing health benefits.
- 1 years of HR experience
- Results-driven, proactive individual that embraces change.
- Able to jump right in and grasp new concepts seamlessly.
- Eager to collaborate with a wide range of teams & people.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Experience with PayCom reporting is a PLUS.
