What You’ll Do
- Spearhead the creation of compelling, strategy-driven proposals, including RFP and RFQ submissions.
- Develop high-impact proposal materials such as project profiles, organizational charts, team resumes, company overviews, and tailored project approaches.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to lead design-build pursuits.
- Customize and adapt marketing and proposal content to align with specific opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date project profiles, including relevant details and imagery, in Unanet (Cosential).
- Strengthen brand presence by supporting website updates, crafting social media content, and executing targeted marketing outreach.
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, including trade show participation and industry events.
- Research potential construction project opportunities and analyze market trends to inform pursuit strategies.
