Senior Electrical Technician
Location: Rio Vista, CA
Pay Range: $30-38/hr DOE
Shift: 5am-1:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, motors, and specialized equipment used in transportation machinery manufacturing.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians, training them on best practices and safety protocols to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage work schedules and allocate tasks based on production needs and maintenance priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, industry standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs for accountability and compliance.
- Oversee electrical inventory and procure supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate equipment upgrades, new installations, and process enhancements.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of industrial and/or automotive electrical experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- HS diploma or equivalent (electrician certification preferred).
- Steel-Toed Boots Required
- Proven ability to work hands-on with industrial electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and motor controls.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Ladder Logic knowledge is a plus).
- Background in transportation machinery or heavy equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of relay systems and safety controls.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including responding to emergency maintenance needs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and electrical blueprints.
- Physically capable of using tools, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
