Tax Preparer / Tax Staff Trainer
Location : Concord, CA (Travel Required)
Salary Range : $90-105k

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Offer tax planning advice and conduct in-depth tax research to resolve complex issues while ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Communicate with clients on tax-related matters, addressing questions and providing support as needed, while staying informed on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Create and present training sessions on tax preparation processes and recent tax law changes, while designing onboarding programs for new tax preparers and bookkeepers.
- Mentor junior tax professionals by providing guidance and assistance with tax preparation tasks, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, updating materials as needed.
- Travel to different office locations to conduct in-person training sessions and act as a resource for staff during peak tax seasons.
