What You’ll Do :
- Manage daily operations of the 40,000 square foot warehouse, including supervising a team of 2 employees to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Oversee order desk operations, processing and scheduling incoming / outgoing orders using specialized software.
- Handle receiving processes, ensuring quality control for inbound / outbound shipments.
- Provide customer service to 90 accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and resolving inquiries.
- Process invoices and manage accounts receivable for all customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and physical counts.
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance and uphold warehouse safety standards.
