Job Purpose:
Assists patients with checking out and scheduling in house procedures as well as coordinating outgoing referrals to other providers if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule all things ordered by the attending provider.
- Help to explain procedures and insurance to patients.
- Must be knowledgeable of all DYNAMIC policies and procedures.
- Must be intrinsically motivated, organized and out going.
- Must have all knowledge of how to schedule properly to ensure a good flow of patients through the office day to day.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, paid time off and full health/dental/vision coverage available.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 pm
Some travel may be required upon needs of business.

Requirements
Experience Required:
2 years medical field preferred. Must understand general insurance questions.
Skills Preferred:
- Excellent customer service skills and dispute resolution
- EMR knowledge
- Medical Terminology/ICD-10 & CPT knowledge
- Commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
- Prioritize work and be detail oriented
- Use active listening skills
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
