Dynamic Pain & Wellness is looking for a Medical Lab Technician with at least 1 year of experience to perform patient testing with current state license, monitoring and maintaining a physician's office laboratory that specializes in toxicology testing. The Medical Lab Technician should possess a minimum of 1 year experience with toxicology testing.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluates and solves problems related to collection and processing of biological specimens for analysis.
- Performs moderate and high complexity laboratory testing; recognizes deviation from expected results; analyzes and corrects problems using scientific principles. Analyzes quality control data, makes judgments concerning the results, and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.
- Answers inquiries regarding test results, methodology, test specificity and sensitivity, and specific factors that can influence test results.
- Participates in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory in terms of personnel, equipment, space, method comparison, cost analysis and establishment of reference intervals; writes and revises technical procedures.
- Incorporates principles of educational methodology in the instruction of new employees and students and in the laboratory's in-service/continuing education program. Gives direction and guidance to medical laboratory technicians and support personnel.
- Responsible for the timely testing or urine results, ensuring proper compliance of lab inspections and maintaining a safe and cleanly lab.

Required qualifications:
- Must be a Florida licensed Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist/MLS (Generalist) or eligible to obtain Florida license upon employment (1 year High Complexity Lab experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications: (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience in running chemistry analyzers for urine drug screening
- Running an Indiko plus analyzer
- LC-MS for confirmatory drug analysis of urines (API 4000)
- Paracelsus software (LIS)
