Dynamic Quest is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to own and manage key areas such as SEO, SEM, website administration in WordPress, and our use of HubSpot as a Marketing CRM. You will lead efforts to optimize digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable lead-generation results across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Administer and maintain the company’s WordPress website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience (UX), and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage and optimize campaigns within the CRM (HubSpot), including email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and HubSpot Reporting to track and report on digital performance metrics (KPIs and ROIs).
- Lead website updates, including content creation, performance monitoring, and functionality improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and execute effective digital campaigns across various channels, including display and paid social.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to develop tailored digital strategies for product launches, promotional events, and long-term campaigns.
- Implement and continuously improve digital best practices, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze trends, user behavior, and campaign results to recommend data-driven optimizations and improve user experience.
- Develop and oversee budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business goals.
