One of Central Florida’s largest independent Multi-specialty medical groups is looking for a strong Human Resources Generalist with significant medical recruiting experience. This candidate will be a hands-on leader who works closely with the executive management team on a regular basis.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to recruit, hire and retain top talent to help grow the business, as well as maintain daily HR functions and influence company culture.
This position requires a well-rounded Human Resources professional with experience in various aspects of human resources, including benefits administration, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, HR policies and procedures and be effective in establishing relationships with managers, employees and doctors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of human resources, 5 years in a leadership role

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Healthcare Industry recruiting experience required
- Have an impressive record of accomplishment in developing relationships with managers and employees, team building and development of staff.
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen to include time management, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in using Human Resources technology platforms – Specific experience with Paycor payroll system is extremely desirable.
