Job Description
Dynamic Resources is an international retail project management company specializing in the planning, construction and installation of branded store buildouts, shop renovations, and displays. We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Facilities Coordinator to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, and receive shipments for our 20,000 sq ft facility in Beaverton Oregon.
- Unload containers/freight trucks using a pallet jack.
- Manage brand storage and ensure proper billing for storage/disposal.
- Assist/manage all pick and pack projects.
- Track inventory levels of fast-moving SKU's and update inventory system accordingly.
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for inbound transportation for internal team, distribution center, vendors, and carriers.
- Coordinate all building service needs: Plumbing, electrical, roofing, dumpsters, landscaping, cleaning, etc.
- Manage food cart relationships including intake of applicants and fielding current requests.
- Responsible for assisting our Project Managers with scheduling, managing, and overseeing the construction/build out of new and remodel high-end retail stores, pop-ups, events, and Shop-In-Shops from inception to completion.
- Assist in the rollout of in-store displays, fixtures, graphics, and branding across multiple locations.
- Maintain relationships with clients and field teams to ensure successful planning and project execution.
- Coordinate/monitor project schedules and prepare field documents including contractor scopes of work for our various field teams.
- Work closely with Project team on quality control reporting.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows. Provide input and suggestions on new methods to constantly improve the process.
- Focusing on ensuring we always maintain superior customer service levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years logistics and supply chain management experience.
- Experience communicating directly with clients, vendors, and warehouse personnel alike.
- Superior time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, motivated, entrepreneurial, and outgoing.
- Proficiency in Smart Sheet, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to lift minimum 50lbs.
- Ability to be hands on as needed with all aspects of the position.
- Working in office/Warehouse 5 days a week.
Prior Experience:
- Familiarity with Pallet design and racking solutions.
- Experience with Project Management.
- The ability to optimize Storage and efficiency in warehouse environments.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with a focus on retail, vendor management, customer relationships, warehouse/logistics operations.
- Experience with warehouse shipping/receiving processes and product flow management.
