This position is an Armed position.
Candidates must be service orientated and be able to carry out the demands of specific security positions.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills by providing guidance and support to staff in case of conflicts and work-related issues with a level head.
- Prepare and implement effective training programs for site staff to meet site requirements.
- Delegate work responsibilities for staff and monitor employee attendance on a daily basis.
- Assist in processing employee hiring, payrolls and compensations.
- Prepare work schedules on a regular basis and maintain necessary documentations.
- Evaluate performance level of officers for quality purposes.
- Basic officer supervision, ensuring that all posts are covered on a day-to-day basis, and weekend.
- Conduct post inspections, and scheduling.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work any shift.
- This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:
- Applicants must understand and comply with Dynamic core values and standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to resolve problems and issue in a timely manner.
- Applicants must be physically able to carry out Security Officer Duties.
- Must have great computer skills with the ability use in house programs and Microsoft office.
- Have the ability to work independently. This position will work, in office, at home and on the road. Must be able to travel.
- Prefer 2 years of Security Supervisor experience, but not required.
Applicants must:
- Be over the age of 21
- Must have a clean driving record as a company car will be provided.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Willing to travel to Atlanta for training
