We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager for our Fleet & Family Supoort Program Proposal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an innovative Project which is the Work and Family Life Programs which are Counseling, Advocacy and Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPR) and the Integrated Primary Prevention (IPP) Program that directly support mission readiness by preparing service members and their families for the physical, emotional, interpersonal and logistical demands of the military lifestyle.

Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Fleet & Family Supoort Program . This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and compliance to ensure the efficient use of resources and the financial health of the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets.
- Analyze financial data and create reports on program performance and costs.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors,
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and Implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Assist in the procurement process for program resources,
- Work with other departments to align financial planning with operational requirements.
- Maintain financial records and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and budget requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience managing a budget of $20 million annually across a geographically dispersed operation.
- Controller/comptroller experience a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or related field in Finance, Accounting , or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in a government contracting enviroment.
- Experience managing a budget of 20M annually across a geographically dispersed operation.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software systems, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comptroller/Controller experience a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Working Conditions/ Physical Effort
Work is performed mostly in an office setting. Some overnight travel, public speaking, evening and weekend work are requirements of the position. Regular computer works also required.
