We are actively recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager for our Fleet & Family Supoort Program Proposal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an innovative Project which is the Work and Family Life Programs which are Counseling, Advocacy and Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPR) and the Integrated Primary Prevention (IPP) Program that directly support mission readiness by preparing service members and their families for the physical, emotional, interpersonal and logistical demands of the military lifestyle.

The QA Manager would be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of various programs and services offered by the FFSP. This involves overseeing the implementation of quality assurance processes, monitoring program performance, and identifying areas for improvement. .


Required Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, quality management or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in quality assurance and quality management preferrable within the military or government.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, CQA, CMQ/OE, CQIA, and/or TQM, is required.
  • Experience in a government contracting setting.
  • Experience managing quality assurance operations in a medical, human services or other person focused services is preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
  • Implement QA Program policy, issue trackingm, mitigation, improvement and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis technologies, including Alteryx, Hadoop, MongoDB, Cloud Services, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle
  • Conduct multiphase data analysis related to the evaluation of compliance, finance, and/or risk issues
  • Conduct process automation and insight generation through machine learning, optical character recognition, and/or process mining.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis technologies.
  • Conduct multiphase data analysis related to the evaluation of compliance, finance, and/or risk issues.
  • Experience managing quality assurance operations in a medical , human services, or other person focused services.
  • Conduct process automation and insight generation through machine learning, optical character recognition, and/or process mining.


Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with Navy Standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of services to ensure adherence to quality standards,
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the support programs and recommend improvements.
  • Update quality assurance protocols accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement risk management programs to identify and mitigate potential quality issues
  • Develop analytics solutions to detect, monitor, and predict financial risk.
  • Evaluate business processes, compliance, and risk issues, using data and technology to provide targeted precision and insight.
  • Supervise and coach teams to drive business success and achieve faster financial results.


Working Conditions/ Physical Effort

Work is performed mostly in an office setting. Some overnight travel, public speaking, evening and weekend work are requirements of the position. Regular computer works also required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
