Responsibilities :
- Develop technical manuals, technical documentation, and training materials in accordance with applicable Government standards
- Work with engineering, logistic and design / drafting personnel to gather data for various manuals and publications
- Complet specific writing assignments in a clear and concise manner
- Maintaining and creating user documentation, test documentation and requirements documentation
- Provide proposal writing support to include consolidating and refining technical inputs
- Creation of reports, executive summaries, white papers and PowerPoint Presentations
